Engagement Time!

When I was finally able to, I asked her dad for his blessing. Once he gave it, my parents invited Bethany to spend Christmas with us in California. The whole family was there—Bethany and her sister Lizeth, my parents, my brother Jorge and my extended family. It was in the warmth of that holiday setting that I knew the time was right. And so, in front of the people I loved most, I proposed to Bethany, and she said "Yes"—and everything felt like it had led up to that beautiful moment.

Now, here we are, planning our wedding—two best friends who somehow fell in love along the way. It’s funny, really, how life can unfold. The beginning of our love story was built on laughter, trust, and a connection that feels like it was always meant to be. We feel like God has been shaping our story together all along. He sent a best friend to walk alongside, guiding us through every season. With Him at the center of our relationship, we’re ready to begin this next chapter, trusting that His plan has always been better than we could have imagined.
